Summary: One scrapbook of newspaper clippings and other print materials collected by Springer from 1889 to 1913. Some of the major subjects include Springer's professional achievements, the Maxwell Land Grant, New Mexico Normal University (now New Mexico Highlands University), the New Mexico Bar Association, and various legal issues in New Mexico. Several transcripts of speeches given by Springer are also in the scrapbook.
